Shipping terms

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.

However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the user and the user signs the delivery receipt document.

It is up to the user to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

You will receive a new email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the shipment.

REMEMBER

If there is any breakage in the shipping process, the agency requires us to:

  • Original packaging
  • Photo of the external and internal packaging
  • Photo of damaged products
  • Photo of the transport label

WITHOUT THESE PHOTOS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CLAIM TO DELIVERY AGENT

AND THEREFORE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE ITEMS DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING

Returns policy

Change and return of articles

If you want to change or return an item purchased at www.matpilatesclassicline.com, you can do so within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date.

If you want to change your order for a different item, you will have to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted item.

All returned items must be in perfect condition and unused Items that do not meet these characteristics will be denied.

The customer must always request the return of the order via email to matclassiclinepilates@gmail.com or by phone at +34618194363.

Once you have requested a return from us, pack your items securely. It is important that you indicate in this document the items you wish to return.

Send the package to the following address:

Make the shipment, either by going to the Post Office and sending your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt, or you can manage it with the courier company of your choice.

Keep in mind that in the case of returns by postal mail or courier, Classicline will not accept shipments postage due or cash on delivery and that the return shipping costs will not be paid. The direct cost of returns will always be assumed by the customer except for defects or manufacturing defects. In this case, Classicline will bear all the costs incurred and will process the refund of the amount of the order in the same way it was paid.

Withdrawal Conditions

The customer has the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item. For this, it is necessary to send the order to the address written above. Once we receive the order and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the garment(s). We will never refund the amount of the shipping cost.

If it exceeds 7 days, we will make a voucher for the value of the returned garments with a validity of 6 months to be able to use it only on our website.
