Shipping terms

• The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
• On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.
• However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
• An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the user and the user signs the delivery receipt document.
• It is up to the user to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

You will receive a new email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the shipment.

Due to the artisan manufacture, if we do not have stock, the delivery times can vary between 15 and 30 days.

REMEMBER

If there is any breakage in the shipping process, the agency requires us to:

• Original packaging
• Photo of the external and internal packaging
• Photo of damaged products
• Photo of the transport label

WITHOUT THESE PHOTOS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CLAIM TO DELIVERY AGENT

AND THEREFORE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE ITEMS DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING
